A Political Rant

In politics lately there are writing prompts galore. I think the time has come for me to weigh in on this disaster, even though I’m just a lousy writer who has no idea what I’m taking about.

First of all I would like to state that Trump is a total idiot and I am astonished that there are so many people in this great nation to support him. I knew there were a lot of idiots out there, but damn! This many?! I mean, Trump doesn’t research, or write a speech, and never tells the truth. In fact, he tells anti-truth just to get more attention and appeal to even more idiots.

I’ve heard that if you look at a man and wife, both professors at some university or doctors at a hospital, and you look at their family, they have two kids, maybe three. Then you look at another couple, who both dropped out of high school, haven’t stayed faithful, haven’t used protection, and haven’t stopped fucking. They have 6 or 7 kids between them and grandkids are on the way soon. More Trump votes, and he knows it. He’s a businessman playing a numbers game, and a celebrity playing to shock appeal. He’s a headline god.

Trump’s also a racist, a bigot and, again, an idiot. An idiot leading the idiots. Look at the guy‘s hair for Christ’s sake. And he’s orange. I’m throwing insults just as well as him, and I did zero research for this rant. Should run for president too? Hell no!

There was a divide in this country before Trump arrived, and now the divide has increased tenfold. The left and right weren’t getting along in congress, but now the left and right, amongst the people of the country, aren’t getting along. That’s worse.

What’s crazy is some people, even Democrats, don’t think that I write stuff like this. That if Trump wins he might hunt me down, blacklist me, or shoot me in my sleep. He’s so scary—the next Hitler. But that’s all crap. This is 2016. Hitler is dead and will never live again. Of course we shouldn’t be silent. Of course we should raise hell! So speak up! Kudos to Chicago and every town that has stood up to Trump. If there’s a protest in Boston I’ll be there.
